The client wanted to rapidly build out a high-caliber technical team in China, and engage BizSmooth HR management services to:

Solution
BizSmooth¡¯s HR consultant team worked closely with the client. Once the consultants fully understood their enterprise culture, organizational, and skill requirements, they then developed an HR strategy accordingly. Part of the strategy was a salary guideline that fitted within our client¡¯s overall budget. BizSmooth¡¯s dedicated HR team screened for all the appropriate candidates from our HR database and other relevant channels such as our HR partners. Then, the selected candidates went through the following rigorous testing/interview processes:

After which, BizSmooth hired the qualified candidates on as its employees, however exclusively for the client¡¯s usage. The new employees were required to attend a training seminar about the client¡¯s enterprise culture and organizational structure. BizSmooth developed specific training materials just for that purpose. On an ongoing basis, BizSmooth continued to monitor the performance of each employee, and took whatever actions necessary to ensure that the client¡¯s requirements were fulfilled. When the client felt they were ready, BizSmooth transferred all the qualified employees to the client¡¯s entity.
