for world-wide economic growth. That, in turn, has attracted
attention and investments from different companies across the
globe. Many international IT companies, seeking cost-effective
engineering talents as well as access to the vast Chinese market
are beginning to transfer parts or all of their development
and support operations to China. Some even start to build local
technical R&D centers in China.

individuals. Because BizSmooth has a contract to provide training
and certification for 5,000 network administrators annually
for Shanghai city government, we have an extensive IT HR network.

teams for our clients quickly. Utilizing BizSmooth HR services,

Many of our clients also are taking advantage of our BOT services.
For companies who are new to the China market or existing companies
looking to expand rapidly, instead of the risk of hiring non-qualified
people or incurring legal and regulatory violations, these companies
elect to hire BizSmooth to operate their entities for them for
a fixed period of time. For a pre-determined price after that
period, the client can either chose to let BizSmooth continue
operating the entity for them, close down the entity, or transfer
the entity to their own operations. Under this model, BizSmooth
is responsible for all the regulatory registrations and filings,
HR, payroll, facility setup and maintenance, and IT administration.
The client manages the overall budget and scope as well as responsible
for assigning tasks to the staff in the facility. This way,
our clients have direct control over their resources, and can
focus on the core activities for the facility. |
