Job 1: Senior Java Engineer

Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirement, design & develop line items
Provide L3 support as required
Suppport sales enablement

Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficient in J2EE development, experienced in WebSphere Portal and portlet development
Familiar with WAS, and DB2 (optional, a plus)
Familiar with some graph/report products like DB2 Alphablox, Crystal, etc., (nice plus)
Good command of english, both speaking and writing
Working knowledge of software development process and tools
Good communication skills, be logical and well organized

Qualification:
MS or PhD degree, or equivalent experience.
Dedication and passion to product development work
Good team work and high responsibility
